WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN AGENCY OR CLIENT

GETTING STARTED

  • First we should agree on the contractual setup. We can contract directly with the end client or we can contract with you. This is up to you.
  • Although we in most cases are willing to use your contracts, we do have some terms. We can either sign a master agreement or we can attach terms to each assignment.
  • Once you have a contract and a candidate, we are happy to join in on an early call to answer any questions that the candidate may have. We will of course provide projections.
  • When the placement is secured, we would like to talk to the candidate to manage expectations.
  • If everyone is happy, we ask the candidate to provide some information and we ask you to provide information about the contract. We will send you a link to a form.
  • We issue employment contract to be signed by the candidate and a service contract to be signed by you.
  • We now have all we need and we are available for any questions or issues arising. We will take it from here and of course give you access to relevant documents on our portal.
PAYROLL
  • The consultant keeps a timesheet and sends us a copy every month.
  • You may issue self-bills or we will send you an invoice.
  • If the consultant has expenses, then we must receive all receipts. If the client does not have an expense form, then we will provide one. We will ask the consultant to sign an expense form, and if some expenses are liable for taxes, we will issue invoice for national insurance contributions.
  • We receive funds.
  • We run payroll and deduct income tax.
  • We upload the pay slip and a detailed breakdown to our portal.
  • The consultant receives net pay into their designated bank account in their chosen currency.
  • We declare your income and taxes to the tax office.
  • We pay income tax, employer's national insurance contributions and pension premiums.
  • Holiday is paid the following calendar year or at the end of the contract.
  • Progress can be followed on our portal.
ABOUT US
  • Network North is a Norwegian company based in Norway and satffed by locals.
  • We are organized as a co-operative.
  • The co-operative's sole purpose is to provide financial gain for its members.
  • The main difference between a limited company and a co-operative is that a co-operative does not have owners, but instead a board and members.
  • All employees in Network North are members of the co-operative and can vote at general assemblies.
  • Members are not financially responsible for the co-operative.
  • Because we do not have owners, we don't have to pay dividends. When we don't have to pay dividends, there is more money for the consultants.
  • The more consultants that join the co-operative, the less money we have to spend per consultant on administration.
  • We believe that consultants are stronger and safer together together.
  • We believe that consultants working for consultants to improve terms and conditions is a very good idea!
