You sign an employment contract directly with Network North and carry out the assignment under the end client’s day-to-day management.
- We register you as our employee with the authorities.
- We calculate and pay wages through Norwegian payroll.
- We report income and taxes and enrol you in pension and insurance plans.
- Employment contracts, payslips and payroll documents are shared through the agreed secure file area.
Your practical responsibilities
- Provide complete personal and assignment information.
- Sign the employment documents digitally.
- Attend identity control at the tax office when required.
- Submit timesheets and report all absence.
- Complete police or immigration registration for longer stays.
