Questions, answered

Who is the legal employer?

Under the employed-services model, Network North is the legal employer. Under entity support, your Norwegian entity remains the employer.

Can an EU/EEA citizen start work immediately?

Yes, but a person living and working in Norway for more than three months normally must register with the police.

How is holiday pay calculated?

Network North normally accrues 12% of tax-liable wages. It is normally paid the following year or settled when employment ends.

Can salary be paid to a foreign bank account?

Yes. Norwegian payroll is calculated in NOK, but payment can be made to the bank account agreed with Network North.

Is the calculator a quote?

No. It is an indicative planning tool. Network North confirms the final assumptions and commercial terms separately.
